1. Introduction
Welcome to In School Club, a program operated by 1001616899 Ontario Inc. By registering for our programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
Our programs are designed for children and teenagers aged [6–18].
Parents or legal guardians must complete the registration.

3. Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only after full payment or deposit.
All fees must be paid before the program start date.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

4. Programs & Schedule
Programs include activities such as sports, arts, and theatre.
Schedules and locations may change if necessary.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify programs.

5. Code of Conduct
Participants must:

-Respect instructors and other students
-Follow safety rules
-Participate positively
-In School Club may remove a participant for inappropriate behavior (no refund in serious cases).

6. Health & Safety
Parents must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies.
In case of emergency, we may seek medical assistance.

7. Liability Waiver
In School Club and 1001616899 Ontario Inc. take reasonable measures to provide a safe environment for all participants. However, participation in activities involves inherent risks. By registering a participant, parents or legal guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

In School Club and 1001616899 Ontario Inc. are not responsible for:

-Minor injuries resulting from normal participation in activities;
-Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property;
-Delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
-Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Consent to the Use of Photographs, Videos, Audio Recordings, and Media Content
By enrolling a child in an In School Club program, the parent or legal guardian grants In School Club permission to capture, reproduce, use, publish, and distribute photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or any other media content in which the participant may appear.

This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the use of such materials for promotional, educational, advertising, informational, or communication purposes across current and future media platforms, including:

-The In School Club website;
-Social media platforms;
-Flyers, brochures, posters, and promotional materials;
-Presentations and marketing campaigns;
-Printed and digital publications;
Newspapers, magazines, television broadcasts, and other media outlets.
-The parent or legal guardian also authorizes In School Club to use, for promotional purposes, any artwork, projects, creative works, performances, or other materials produced by the participant during participation in In School Club activities and programs.

All photographs, recordings, media content, and participant-created materials collected or produced in connection with In School Club programs shall remain the exclusive property of In School Club.

Any parent or legal guardian who does not wish to grant this authorization must notify In School Club in writing prior to the start of the program. In School Club will make reasonable efforts to respect such request and to avoid the use of the participant’s image, voice, or identifiable media content.

If you do not agree, please notify us in writing.

We collect personal information only for registration and communication purposes.

11. Changes to Terms
