(In School Club)

1. Overview

In School Club, operated by 1001616899 Ontario Inc., understands that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, and cancellations may be granted.

2. Cancellation by Parents / Guardians

  • Full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the program start date
  • 50% refund if cancellation is made 3 to 6 days before the start date
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the program
  • No refund after the program has started

3. Missed Sessions

  • No refunds or credits for missed sessions due to absence

4. Cancellation by In School Club

If In School Club cancels a program or session, participants may receive either a full refund, a prorated refund, or a credit applicable to a future program, at the discretion of In School Club.

In School Club reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit.

5. Program Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify schedules, locations, activities, or instructors if necessary.Outdoor activities may be postponed, relocated, or cancelled due to weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, In School Club may offer a makeup session, credit, or alternative activity when reasonably possible.

6. Medical Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered in case of medical emergencies with valid documentation

7. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
