Session length varies depending on the program, but most activities run between 60 and 90 minutes, designed to keep children engaged while respecting their energy and focus levels.
No prior experience is required for most programs. Our activities are designed to accommodate beginners as well as children looking to further develop their skills.
Program language options vary by activity. Our theatre programs are offered in both French-only and English-only formats depending on the session, while most sports and art programs are led by bilingual instructors who can support children in both English and French.
Children are welcome to register for most programs even if they do not attend the host school.
